- One-on-One Coaching
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for one-on-one coaching sessions are available if a request is made within 3 days of the initial purchase date and a minimum of 14 days before any coaching sessions have commenced.
- Conditions: If a session has already been conducted, refunds will not be provided. Refunds will calculated as amount paid minus payment gateway fees for the same.

- Group Coaching
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for group coaching programs are available if a request is made within 7 days of the purchase date and 14 days before the group sessions have started.
- Conditions: If the group coaching sessions have commenced, refunds will not be provided. Refunds will calculated as amount paid minus payment gateway fees for the same.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@poojabedi.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.
- Membership Programs
- Refund Eligibility: No Refunds: You may cancel your Account at any time. Unless we are required by law to provide a refund, in all instances whether to issue a refund is within our sole discretion.
- Conditions: If you have accessed any members-only content or resources, refunds will be prorated based on the time and content accessed.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at [support email] with your order details and the reason for the refund. Refunds for subsequent billing periods of ongoing memberships must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
- Physical Products
- Refund Eligibility: There shall be no refund or exchange of Product except when a Product is a Defective Product, and the refund request has been accepted by us. The refund request shall be processed according to the prescribed laws in force at the time of transaction. “Defective Products” include;
- Expired or not as per the description of the Product as posted on the Platform or;
- Spurious, defective or damaged or not suitable for consumption or use or;
- Not as per measurement, dimensions, quality, quantity, instructions and warnings regarding manufacturing or design if specifically mentioned on the Platform or;
- Violative of disclaimers mentioned on the Products.
- Wrong Product.
- In case You have provided wrong information and due to which wrong Products are delivered and You intend to return, You shall not be eligible to receive refund.
- Platform shall be liable to process Your refund, in case the Platform cancels Your order unilaterally after the order is placed.
- Refund requests for physical products must be placed within 7 days of delivery of goods.
- Conditions: Video recording of unboxing of products must be provided. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@poojabedi.com for return instructions. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 15 business days from the date of request/approval.
- Digital Products and Resources
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for digital products and resources are not provided due to the nature of the product.
- Exceptions: In cases where the digital product is defective or not available, a refund will be considered. Please contact our support team at support@poojabedi.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and the issue described.
- Process: Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 15 business days from the date of request/approval.
- Cancellation Policy
- One-on-One Coaching and Group Coaching: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
- Membership Programs: Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but refunds will only be provided as per the conditions outlined above.
- Physical Products: Orders can be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
