• Live Sessions (Coaching/Workshops/Events):
  You’ll receive a confirmation email with date, time, and joining link within 24 hours of booking.

• Pre-recorded/Online Courses:
  Access details (logins or download links) will be emailed to you immediately or within 24 hours of your purchase.

• Supplementary Materials:
  Any digital resources or recordings will be delivered via email or available for download through your course portal.
